Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting works
• To handle accounts transactions;
• To prepare and assist in preparation of financial schedules/reports
• To assist in closing of monthly accounts
• Process invoice and payment
• Data entry & other administrative tasks
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/project of the Company assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Possess minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma in Accounting/Finance or
• Professional qualification (LCCI/CAT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or audit field
• MUST have full set account experiences
• Knowledge of UBS system, SQL Financial Accounting Software is added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
• A dedicated individual who is meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity
• A team player, has initiative and able to work independently
• Able to read & speak Mandarin
