ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full spectrum of the accounting function
2. Handle full sets of accounts
3. Prepare monthly financial reports ( journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet & profit/loss statement )
4. Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and local regulatory bodies on related accounting statutory matters and tax compliances
5. Prepare monthly management accounts
6. Manage and monitor the financial status of the operational cash flow, outstanding balance, and preparation of cash flow statements 
7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
4. At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience 
5. Experience in management accounts of a manufacturing factory
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Preferably the Senior Executive  specializing in the related field is required for this position
