Account Executive

Job Summary:

To assist in coordinating the individual accounting functions and ensuring the timely closing of monthly accounts for the preparation of management and statutory reports. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
  Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Performs any other ad- hoc assignments as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 year of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of audit experience and UBS System is an added advantage.
• Attention to details, meticulous, tactful, good interpersonal skill and independent with minimal supervision.
