Account Executive

Job Description:

• Perform general bookkeeping, AR/AP/GL function.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly closing, including preparation of journal entries for accruals, prepayments and other adjustments.
• Process PO & payments, etc.
• Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are posted up to date.
• Assist in yearly financial audit, tax return & prepare audit schedule / listing and other financial needs as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of accounting standards, principles and procedures
