ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Merchant partners onboarding – Assist in setting up new merchants, and onboarding new partners to the platform.
• Maintain good relationships with merchant partners – consistently visit merchants to build a long-term relationship with them, gain an insightful understanding of their business, and identify their unique selling point and challenges, track the performance and optimize it to develop GMV growth strategies.
• Conduct training for merchants, enabling them to self-manage the system, troubleshoot issues and provide support, respond and process merchants’ needs in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Business Development Team and Marketing team on campaigns to drive restaurants’ sales.
• Identify potential merchants to upsell/ cross-sell other products to increase merchants’ chance for success

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably from E-commerce or SaaS providers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the junior role.
• Ability to articulate solutions and provide value propositions to merchants.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills, at least conversational level in Mandarin.
• Target-oriented person. Able to use all means to achieve the goals set for you.
• Flexible, patient, self-motivated with a positive working attitude and able to foster teamwork. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, always come out with great ideas,
