Job Scope :
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Ensure that all financial deadlines relating to accounts receivables are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing including balance sheet reconciliation.
- Review AR aging with status updates for follow-up in collections.
- Assist in month end close activities.
- Assist in the preparation of Cash Flow and budgeting exercise.
- Maintain and ensure policies and procedures adhere to company guidelines.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist in Month End closing when necessary.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2 years and above of relevant working experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high transaction volume environment.
- Able to multitask and work under high pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word)
- Good understanding of principles and procedures of bookkeeping and basic accounting.
- Knowledge of AutoCount accounting system or its equivalent.
