Responsibilities
- Consolidate and prepare the monthly management accounts and statutory accounts in compliance with financial reporting standards, local statutory requirements; and reporting in line with Group’s standard operating policies and procedures.
- Prepare annual financial statements and consolidated reporting
- Prepare budget and forecast report
- Prepare / review tax computation and conduct tax planning
- Analyze management report in a timely manner
- Ensure timely and accurate submit all reporting
- Coordinate with subsidiaries companies on data request & queries
- Liaise with internal, external auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers and statutory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in full spectrum of accounting functions such as cash flow, bank reconciliation, etc
- Support any ad-hoc tasks, duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Professional qualification / Bachelor degree in Accounting or professional studies
- At least 3-4 years experiences in Audit field / experiences in handling consolidation accounts
- Excellent analytical skills with strong financial system process knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate with all levels, assertive and encourages teamwork
