Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records for all daily transaction
- Daily and monthly account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR) function
- Perform verification to account payable, include payment to suppliers, staff claims, etc
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
- Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of account
- Assist in prepare cash flow forecast and report on timely basis.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad hoc task as assigned
- On job training will be provided
Job Requirement:
- Team player with good interpersonal and positive attitude
- Able to communicate and work independently
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance related position for Account Executive
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Microsoft office & computer literate
- Good English & Mandarin communication in written and oral as the role requested to deal with mandarin speaking foreign employees
5 working days (8am - 5pm)
