ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Competitive Pay

1. Manage customers billing system (include generating receipts and account statement).
2. Manage vendors payment.
3. Assist in handling full set of accounts and perform closing reports in a timely manner.
4. Assist senior financial officers as needed.
5. Ensuring all the accounting records are properly updated.
6. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment within the department.
7. Monitor account performance and track key metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales agent) to ensure clients' needs are met.
9. Handle any issues or escalations that arise, resolving them efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent with professional qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience or equivalent field.
3. Willing to traveling abroad for work (with travelling allowance) -  Travel overseas 4 to 5 times a year - around 15 to 20 days each time.
4. Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
5. Familiar with any accounting system and proficient in MS office.
6. Superb time management skills and detail orientation.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
8. An ability to work independently.
9. The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
10. Multi-Tasking Skill.
