Job Description
- Daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
- Prepare weekly payments via internet banking.
- Prepare monthly clients invoices.
- Liaise with clients on payment matters.
- Calculate customer/supplier account balances and ensure accuracy.
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.
- Process payroll.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Generate reports from the accounting system for analytical purposes.
- Prepare financial documents, internal and external audit schedules
- Assist with annual financial audit.
- Assist with accounting, finance and administrative duties.
- Assist with receiving goods and record.
REQUIREMENT:-
- Candidate must possess degree in accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting /finance supports, handling F& B full set of account is more advantage
- Knowledge in GST
- Computer literate in Microsoft offices especially excel and proficient accounting software
- Able to work independently, multitasking, pleasant, self –discipline and self motivated.
- Team work and multitasking.
