Job Responsibilities:

✨ Handle Payments: Assist in preparing miscellaneous one-time payments, process vouchers, and journals in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

✨ Manage Vouchers: Be the detective in identifying and resolving discrepancies during bank reconciliations.

✨ Sub-Company Accounts: Prepare vouchers, invoices, and reconcile transactions while maintaining well-organized records.

✨ Track Assets: Manage fixed assets through tracking, verification, and meticulous documentation.

✨ Ad-Hoc Task: Provide assistance with various ad-hoc financial tasks and projects because we believe in continuous learning and development.

✨ Full Set Account: Handle the full set of accounts for sub-companies and be the wizard behind the scenes.

✨ Communication: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when necessary. Your ability to communicate across departments is a key strength.

✨ Month-End Tasks: Take charge of month-end closing and be the analyst explaining variances.

✨ Organization: Assist in maintaining a proper filing system and documentation within the company.

✨ Team Player: Collaborate across departments to discuss account-related issues and projects.

Requirements:

🎓 Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.

🚀 Fresh Graduates Welcome: We encourage fresh graduates to apply! 

🔍 Attention to Detail: Meticulous, responsible, and a keen eye for details.

💻 Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills, good Microsoft Excel skills are preferable.
