Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices/bills received, ensuring completeness of supporting documents for audit
- Assist in daily operational duties and undertake any ad-hoc accounting assignments as assigned by superiors
- Assist Manager in year end closing and audit schedule where necessary
- Filing and maintain the accounting records
- Perform account receivables functions i.e. collection and bank-in cheques process
- Perform account payables functions i.e. prepare payments vouchers and billings
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/ Higher
Graduate in Accounting or Finance - Preferably Executives specializing in Accounting support or equivalent
- Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, UBS
- Required language: English, Chinese
- Written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Full-Time positions available
- Willing to be based in Penang
