Account Executive - Exciting Challenge

Job description :

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and performs a variety of general accounting support tasks.
• Monitoring debtors and creditors' aging and ensure all the payments are up to date and accurate.
• Ensure all accounting entries are complete and accurate when entered into the accounting system.
• Maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system.
• Assist in audit preparation and deal with external vendors.
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the overall accounting & financial functions.
• To perform any other duties as and when required by the superior.

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a Professional Qualification in accounting with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in any industries
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality
• Independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
• Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel).

Additional Information:

Working hours: M-F, 830am - 530pm 

Location: Near by TTDI Mrt

Venus Resources manufactures wood chips produced from sustainably managed forests. We are also in the business of trading biomass and timber-based products along with logging and marketing services for the local timber industry in Malaysia. 

Our wood chips are mainly from timber waste such as wood slabs, trim blocks, and logging residue. We currently have 2 production hubs in Malaysia to process wood chips with future plans to increase our yields and products to reach a broader market. 

As a result, we are successfully reducing the harsh impact on the environment by changing the way energy is generated, supplied, and used.
