Account Executive - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities:
·Able to handle accounts bookkeeping & accounting entries, checking and verification, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and other related schedules.
·Involve in payment processing, review and issue payment vouchers.
· Assist in month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports
· Assist in monthly and year-end closing, preparing the WIP and audit schedule where necessary.
· Prepare / review tax computation and conduct tax planning
· General administration and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
· At least 3 years of working experience or similar role
· Detail-oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.
· Experienced in full set of accounts process.
· Possess strong analytical skills with strong financial system process knowledge, positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Liaison with Auditor, Company Secretary, Bankers, and Govt bodies
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office and UBS Accounting software
· Able to converse in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
