ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Innovative Company

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of full set accounts 
• Handles daily accounting operations
• To ensure the accounts payable, bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner 
• Timely preparation of monthly and yearly management reports, cash flow projections and budgets. 
• Assist in handling day-to-day admin matters
• Able to liaise with government department. 
• Any other ad hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or Professional Qualification.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of audit and accounting experience. 
• Able to handle full set of accounts, and the preparation of forecasts & budgets.
• Possesses good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting systems
• Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment to meet reporting deadlines 
• Knowledge in applying government licenses will be an advantageous.
• Willingness to take on added responsibilities as and when required.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
