Job Description

• Handle Full Set of Accounts: You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing procedures, petty cash management, monitoring GL, A/P, and A/R, and preparing accounting reports.
• Daily Banking Operations: You'll oversee daily banking operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
• Statutory Submissions: Your role will involve preparing, compiling, and reviewing statutory submissions such as SST and banker reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaison and Coordination: You'll liaise with company secretaries, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to fulfill requirements set by statutory bodies, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
• Stock Take Coordination: You will coordinate stock take processes, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Additional Duties: As an integral member of our team, you'll also assist with any other duties assigned by your superior, contributing to the overall success of our financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
