Accountant (Full time)
Basic Function:
- You will be responsible in handling half/ full set of accounts for several companies
- Ensure timely reporting financial reports and co-ordinate in preparation of management accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process AR & AP
- Perform bank reconciliation, intercompany balance reconciliation
- Mail and courier accounts documents
- Maintain proper filing
- Assist in preparation of reports and audit schedules
- Other administrative matters and ad-hoc projects
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government authorities
- Skills/ Knowledge:
- Ability to take pressure and work within tight deadlines
- Meticulous and detailed
- Positive attitude
- Independent with ability to work under minimal supervision
- Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel)
- Knowledge in GST (SG companies)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin
- Other information:
- Salary: Based on last drawn and prior working experience
- Strong support for personal enrichment and development
- Working days/hours: Monday to Friday
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately or within a very short notice period
