Qualifications & experience

Candidates with Diploma/Degree/part professional qualification
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an account payable or similar role
Proficiency in UBS software accounting system and Microsoft Office

Tasks & responsibilities

To handle full set of account
Ensure the AR data captured into accounting system accurately
Prepare weekly aging report and review AP aging to ensure compliance
Work close with commercial team, review aging & follow up on supplier invoices and payment.
Performs GL operational day-to-day activities and ensure accounts are up to date at all times
Prepare necessary journal adjustment & posting
Assist in month-end closing and monthly financial reports and yearly audit as requested
Monitor and manage cash flow consistently
Work closely with other departments to provide accounting advice
