Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, LCCI, CAT or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Experience in property development industry will have an added advantage
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Malay (Read, Write, Speak)
- Knowledge in accounting software UBS is an advantage
- Competent in Microsoft words and excel
- Good interpersonal & communications skills to effectively, responsibility and trustworthy
Job Responsibilities / Job Descriptions
- Able to handle full set of accounts is an added advantage
- Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping and etc timely.
- Prepare cashflow accounts, monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
- Monthly bank reconciliation and funding projection
- Liaise with company’s bankers, auditors, tax agent and company secretary
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time
