‘TBT Piling (Sabah) Sdn Bhd was founded in July 2013 in order to provide a comprehensive range of piling installation services to the local market, including supply of our precast reinforced concrete ‘TBT Pile’ products’ TBT Piling (Sabah) Sdn Bhd is one of the leading piling contractors in Sabah equipped with an extensive range of piling machinery including bored pile rigs, hydraulic hammers, hydraulic injection and vibro hammers, with installation works conducted in accordance with relevant local and international standards.

Qualifications & experience

Proven experience as Account Executive
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Autocount 2.0 system, SQL Account system.
Bachelor's degree/Dilpoma in Accounting or a related field.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Organizational, time-management skills, and good leadership.

Tasks & responsibilities

Bookkeeping and general accounting.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments.
Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor and client relations.
Developing budgets and timelines for the company projects.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company reputation.
Liaise with HR Department and issuing with company monthly payroll.
Handling in multiple related company Bookkeping and general accounting system.
