Roles and Responsibilities:
- To handle full set of accounts including but not limited to account receivable, payable, general ledger, journal entry and bank reconciliation
- To process balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- To prepare monthly financial statement and financial analysis on revenue and expense as well as other ad hoc report
- To monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statement
- To prepare online banking payment transaction(s) for authorizer to approve
- To prepare year-end audit and tax submission
- To prepare accounting procedures and policies
- To ensure proper documentation and filing to support accounting entries
- Liaise with auditor, bankers, tax agent and company secretary
- Any others responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time
Requirement:
- Possess degree in accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Able to work independently
- Strong proficiency in excel and well command in English
