ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - with Growth Opportunities

Job Summary

Accounting Executive responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Update and reconcile invoices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Issue debit notes (DN) and credit notes (CN) as needed.
• Update receivable payments and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare sales reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in the closing of monthly account receivables.
• Issue monthly statement of accounts and official receipts.
• To assist in ad hoc matters when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of financial processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in audits and familiarity with auditing standards is a plus.
