Account Executives/Assistants- Old Klang Road/Mid Valley/Kepong/Cheras (LRT/MRT)

We are hiring for multiple vacancies for accounts executives and accounts assistants for our clients in KL & PJ. Those with experience and fresh grads are encouraged to apply. Typical job scope as follows; 

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts and day to day accounting duties including but not limited to AR, AP and GL duties, update and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare payment voucher and issuance of cheque and online payment for supplier and expenses.
• Monitor and verify daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
• Ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of P&L statements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Handle year end audit, company income tax matter and SST.
• Liaise and work with external auditor, tax consultant, company secretary, banker, government agency, supplier and etc.
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Keeping informed and updated to current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing and monitor cash flow, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Knowledge on tax and audit.
• Assist in any other task as and when assigned.
