Account & Finance Manager

Reporting to CEO, the Account & Finance Manager will be based in HQ and be responsible to oversee the overall business finance function. Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and review of finance and accounting overall functions, including payments as part of Finance day-to-day operations.
• Monitoring and tracking day-to-day operations such as cash flow, journal entries and other transactions.
• To review and properly maintain the financial/costing/accounting records and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements of MFRS/FRS.
• Responsible in handling product costing, perform periodic review and analysis on production and price variances in order to ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare monthly management account together with financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeless and data integrity of all financial data and reports.
• To liaise with both internal and external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, tax authorities, company secretaries, and government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.
• Support the preparation of yearly budget.
• To be assigned any other duties as and when required by the management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant professional qualification (MIA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA).
• Minimum three (3) years working experience in Senior/Lead/Manager of Accounting & Finance.
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions on a timely basis.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
