Account & Finance Manager / Assistant Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Description

• Able to handle full spectrum of accounting functions, responsible for overall accounting functions including timely submission of P&L and balance sheet, reconciliation, AR & AP financial reporting, GL function, preparation of financial statement, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, cash flow & management accounts.
• Ensure timely closing, submission of reports on time, review and analyses the accounts.
• Responsible for maintaining banking facilities including trade facilities and finance.
• Manage tax related matters.
• Payment follow-ups & collections, establishing and maintaining an effective credit control policy for timely collection from customers.
• Maintenance of fixed asset register for the company.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer and other relevant authority department.

Skill, Knowledge & Personal Attributes

• Ability to prepare financial statements.
• Accurate data analysis skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to use accounting software.
• Attention to detail.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year of working experience in operation accounting.
• Able to lead a team independently and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Sound financial and management accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Rawang.
