How you will make an impact
This position requires a confident, polished approach to managing top -tier accounts and driving massive revenue through large -scale events. As the Account Servicing Manager, you will:
Act as the primary biller and lead point of contact for major B2B conferences, corporate accounts, and high -profile government projects.
Lead client engagements, presentations, and negotiations, interacting directly and confidently with Prime Ministers, foreign delegates, and top -tier executives.
Transition seamlessly between client servicing and overarching marketing roles as the business requires.
Lead, mentor, and manage junior billers to ensure exceptional service delivery across all active accounts.
Drive aggressive revenue growth through our uncapped, tiered commission structure by securing and expanding major accounts.
Proven track record in B2B event management, corporate servicing, or premium high -end client acquisition (candidates from premium backgrounds like La Memorial are highly welcomed).
Strong strategic thinking and ability to convert client objectives into actionable event and marketing plans.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the gravitas to speak confidently to global leaders and government officials.
Sound understanding of B2B corporate events, government project dynamics, and premium market trends.
A highly motivated and results -driven approach, with a passion for sales growth, uncapped commissions, and team performance.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently, manage a team of billers, and collaborate with the wider agency.
Resilience and persistence in navigating high -stress servicing challenges and closing major corporate deals.
Passion for the B2B corporate events, networking, and the overarching marketing industry.
