Responsibilities:
- Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit target
- Generate and identify sales lead
- Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential customer
- Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
- Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation, and market share
- Enhance the Company's brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience (solution/security-related ) in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
