Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably with Property Developer / Construction industry).
- Preferably Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Well organized, detailed, analytical, systematic, cost conscious, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting system(s) and MS Office package (Excel, etc.)
Job Description
- Preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate year end audit.
- Deal with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, suppliers & etc.
- manage and monitor current accounts, HDA accounts and daily cashflow. Ensure that company's commitments are met and to highlight if there is a foreseeable shortage of funds or cash flow deficit.
- Handling for the preparation of financial analysis, financial projections and any related report for management decision making.
- Prepare costing, and other ledger reporting as and when required.
