THE ROLE
- Manage accounting & financial system, , taxes, forecasting, budgets, and management & statutory audit reporting.
- Prepare & file for audit.
- Ensure accurate finance reporting, compliance with tax, audit and company policy requirements.
- Manage treasury related tasks such as bank mandates, bank access and so on.
- Coordinate and liaise with operations on the supply & integrity of inventory information including cyclic and stock take cost transactions.
- Participate in the implementation of major and complex projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
- Strong technical accounting, analytical, project management, process improvement skills, and proficiency in spreadsheet.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; works well both independently and in a team environment
- Hands on with excellent attention to details
- Good working attitude
