Job Description

  • Be a brand ambassador and actively promote Jobstreet.com as the Ideal Talent Partner to customers both existing and new.
  • Responsible for managing customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact.
  • Understand the recruitment process as a human resource professional and continuously promote the right combination of JobStreet.com solutions.
  • Maintain accurate record of client engagement.
  • Maintain professionalism in all conversations with customers across all channels through phones, chat, email & video calls (if any).
  • Provide great customer experience through consultative approach.
  • Be a strong team player and support company directions & goals.
  • Take ownership of your own performance by evaluating key metrics.
  • Be agile to changes and continue to develop deeper knowledge and skills workshops, team huddle & mentor sessions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good attitude with hunter mentality.
  • Adaptable to fast paced ever changing environment.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or others.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B.
  • Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and be able to build relations with a wide range of local and expatriate clients who are holding Senior Management, Human Resources or Purchasing positions
  • Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving quantitative results
  • Able to work cohesively within the country and interdepartmental teams by respecting individual differences and work under pressure and deliver results
  • Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities, and personalities.
