Job Description
- Identify marketing opportunities and generate new business sales leads.
- Establish & Maintaining relationship with the client's Information Technology (IT) and Business unit as a trusted consultant as well as internal foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify needs and demand trends of enterprise solutions for client.
- Provide insights and assist client in planning and/or designing their solutions with presales team.
- Manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure company profitability objectives are met.
- To engage with principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities.
- To present, negotiate, prepare quotations, participate in tender and etc.
- Conduct sales presentations while presales team focusing on product/solution demo to client.
- Collaborate cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop, manage and report pipeline accurately with the goal of achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Best if candidate possess Bachelor's Degree, in any fields.
- Required skill(s): Strong track record, Result-oriented, Resourceful and Capability in task management
- Good oral and written communication skills – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Optional)
- Good knowledge in ICT industry, Sales and solution selling ad value added if have enterprise solutioning experience like wired, wireless networking, System & Storage infrastructure, Cybersecurity, virtualization and etc
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Product certification, equivalent technical credential, good presentation skills as value added.
- A team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal, negotiation skills.
