Account Manager (Marketing Agency)

Build, close and smash sales targets by managing and growing an assigned group of clients and accounts as well as constantly hunting for new business opportunities to maximize company's profit.Responsibilities:-To be responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining/growing existing client accounts-To consistently meet/exceed profit targets and critical number goals-To maintain frequent and personal contact with existing clients, influencers, all vendors to build strong and long lasting relationships-To ideate, pitch and close client's proposals with proper presentation decks, talent profiles, excel sheets and email documentations-Ensure timeline and successful delivery of each provided solutions/campaigns according to client's needs and objectives-To work hand-in-hand with the Operations team or solutions for every project to ensure successful implementation of the campaign-To stay current and maintain a broad knowledge of products and services, rate cards and industry insights and trends-The ability to curate new business packages and plans in accordance to what the market offers (or better) to fulfil the market needs-To handle and assist challenging client request or issue escalation as neededResults:-Hitting profit figure of RM300,000 for the first 3 months-Growing and doubling the amount of clients and business-Setting up at least 10 meetings a week with at least 10 briefs to work on-Having more than 50% of recurring client-Overdeliver client's expectation and making a minimum of 10 client's case study a great testimony to the company-Create great relationship and bond between client and influencers so that company profits can be maximized more than 50% profit margins [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-sevenvault-sdn-bhd-job-account-manager-marketing-agency]
