Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 ~ 3 years of experience in hospitality industry.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on driving client satisfaction.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel overseas.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Working together with product development, solution, support team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients based on evolving market trends.
- Renew contracts and agreements with existing clients, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
