Account Manager - Urgent Role

Working Location: PHILIPPINES

Probational period is 3-6 month 

Training will be in Philippines

After confirmation of employment, candidate can choose to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Collect customer experience and provide customized solutions to customers through data database;
• Integrate customer feedback as an indicator for product department updates and optimization tools to continue to provide better product portfolio solutions and increase efficiency;
• Focus on customer loyalty and build close and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• More than three years of relevant account manager experience
• Must have project task software experience such as using Jira from previous work experience.
• Those who do not have Jira experience will strictly not be considered.
• Proficiency in English is required to be able to read and edit contract copy
• Ability to manage customer relationships, up-sell and proactively solve problems
• Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and language expression skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills;
• Have good customer service awareness and good teamwork spirit
• Have good data analysis skills and be familiar with using various office software
