Working Location: PHILIPPINES
Probational period is 3-6 month
Training will be in Philippines
After confirmation of employment, candidate can choose to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Collect customer experience and provide customized solutions to customers through data database;
- Integrate customer feedback as an indicator for product department updates and optimization tools to continue to provide better product portfolio solutions and increase efficiency;
- Focus on customer loyalty and build close and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- More than three years of relevant account manager experience
- Must have project task software experience such as using Jira from previous work experience.
- Those who do not have Jira experience will strictly not be considered.
- Proficiency in English is required to be able to read and edit contract copy
- Ability to manage customer relationships, up-sell and proactively solve problems
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and language expression skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills;
- Have good customer service awareness and good teamwork spirit
- Have good data analysis skills and be familiar with using various office software
