Responsibilities:
- Perform Credit Card & E-wallet payment matching and reconciliation.
- Perform Debtor payment matching & reconciliation.
- Prepare Daily Cashier Reports & Daily Refund Reports.
- Assist in payment refund.
- Prepare summary of petty cash listing for petty cash reimbursement purpose.
- Prepare bank reconciliation for all current accounts.
- Monitor company’s cash flow:
- To ensure cash on hand tally with the collection on daily basis.
- To ensure collection to be banked in on time.
8. Prepare Journal Voucher for Debit Note, AR Adjustment and Refund made into the General Ledger.
9. Performs other tasks and duties assigned within the realm of your knowledge, skills and abilities, as and when assigned by the Management or representatives.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
