Account Receivable Analyst - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Job Description and Responsibility:

The AR Analyst is responsible for full AR functions for local & overseas entities. This job includes ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, verifying and posting receipts. You will also analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, and to ensure the company operates efficiently. Job responsibilities are but not limited to below:

• Perform weekly AR processing, verify invoice data and post in system.
• Reconcile the AR to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Monitor revenue data & cash collection, verify discrepancies and resolve any billing issues.
• Perform month end closing, verify & analyze financial reports to ensure no long aged AR.
• Create new clients in Dynamic365 system and maintaining client’s profiles
• Support the financial audit activities.
• Any adhoc projects required by the management.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 1-2 years of experience. 
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in MS office.
• Experience in Dynamics365 will be an added advantage.
