Well established construction & manufacturing firm based Pekan Nenas , Gelang Patah - Johor Bahru
RM7000 - RM9000 (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure compliance of all accounting, taxation and statutory obligations.
To establish budgets and the budget review process to measure actual against budgeted performance for group accounts.
To prepare timely and reliable forecasts of expected performance and cash flows.
To assist Group Tax on day to day taxation matters including direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, tax advisory, statutory compliance and tax planning requirements as well as administrative duties.
To keep abreast of latest tax developments and update Management on the changes to tax regulations and analyze implications to Group companies.
To provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions and transactions.
To plan and setting up of new businesses.
To assist and manage various transfer pricing matters within the group, including reviewing/ preparing transfer pricing related documentation at both local and Group level, implementing, maintaining the Group transfer pricing policies with Tax Manager from Singapore.
To prepare Director Personal Tax submission.
To perform supervision of timely financial closing of subsidiaries and perform financial analysis on the variances.
To assist in application for tax incentives and other tax applications to the relevant authorities
To handle job task which is required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
With CPA / MICPA / ACCA / CTIM is much preferred.
Proficient in Malaysia taxation laws and regulations, with excellent professional ability and rich experience in dealing with accounting project
10 - 15 years of finance , accounting and tax experience.
Good verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English
Knowledge in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
Experience in property development / construction industry is an added advantage.
