ACCOUNTANT

Job Description: Managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries according to accounting standards.
• Perform regular financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and other statutory requirements. Qualifications:
• Professional certification (EG: CPA / ACCA level 2 and above).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in construction and development accounting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (EG: SAP, or similar).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
