- To prepare and oversee project’s timeline, budget, reports and administrative tasks under the guidance of Project Manager or Manager-In-Charge. Making sure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
- To organize contracts, financial files, reports, and invoices, and perform administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, bookkeeping, and billing.
- To work with various members of the project team and the client to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time and within budget.
- To assist in coordinating and attending meetings and developing project strategies.
- To prepare and oversee project’s preliminary cost, expenses, progress claims and final claims seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money for the Company.
- To procure the services of suppliers and subcontractors on the project. In addition, to prepare contractual agreements with the suppliers and subcontractors or any related documents such as progress claims and financial statements.
- To delegate work to suppliers and subcontractors and monitoring their progress.
- To prepare and oversee the necessary documentation for tender preparation or contract documents. Responsible for delegating tasks to team members.
