Job Responsibilities:
- Fully in charge of Accounts & Administration function including timely submission of monthly and annually reports.
- Monitor daily operational work of subordinates.
- Review payment vouchers, tax invoices, debit and credit advice.
- Monitor daily cash flow, prepare monthly cash flow forecast and project cash flow.
- Assist in bank loan application, yearly review for existing loan and utilisation of banking facilities.
- Conduct stoke take and regular review of internal control procedure.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agent, banks and other statutory bodies/authorities.
- Responsible for HR matters including recruitment and payroll.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance and Member of MIA.
- At least 3 years of working experiences as Accountant (manufacturing operations will be added advantage).
- Good Knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory and legal requirement.
- Prossess analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in team, independent and committed.
- Familiar with ERP system.
