Accountant - Generous Compensation

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
3. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage invoicing and facilitate timely collection of payments; ensure that all payments are made in accordance with company policies.
4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
5. Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and provide required information for the annual audit.
6. Financial Analysis: Conduct regular ledger maintenance and comprehensive analysis of company finances.
7. Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related area.
• Certifications: CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with common financial software platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required to effectively handle our diverse client base and internal communications.
