Accountant - Hiring Urgently

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of accounting activities including full set of accounts, monthly management reporting and any other ad-hoc reporting

• Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting issues.

• Execution of accounting principles, financial and taxation regulations, and accounting reporting systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with bankers,auditors, tax agents, and regulatory agents. Ensure timely completion of audits, company tax return and tax estimate are filed on time.

• Handle and liaise with Company Secretary on any corporate matters, ensuring on time submission of corporate returns, update of shareholders and directors information, maintenance of member and board resolution.

• Manage cash flow and cash forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations. This includes managing accounts payables, accounts receivables and banking related matters.

• Maintain and enforce proper internal control and accounting practises to ensure effective management and financial operations.

• Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties as required by superiors.

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or an accounting professional qualification or any other field equivalent.

• 7 years of experience in a senior-level finance and/or accounting position.

• Experienced in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting and controlling.

• Extensive skills in computer applications (MS-Office; MS-Excel, Autocount).

• Sound leadership and experience in management and supervision of subordinates.
