Job Summary:
- Responsible to ensure full sets of accounts are well maintained and data are up-to-date, prepare financial information and consolidated financial statements.
- Produce accurate financial and management accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of Accounts Department.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policy and procedure.
- To ensure accounting reports and financial reports are up to date.
- Assist and support the management on treasury and budgeting function.
- Ensure all accounting system, practice, control and procedures are fully compliant with the latest financial reporting standards & applicable reporting standard.
- Monitor account payable and ensure all entries are updated within deadline set.
- Control and manage end-to-end financial process in support of the accounts which included collection, payment, monthly reporting, balance sheet item reconciliation and intercompany charges.
- Manage the annual budget and forecast.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agent and Custom.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
