Accountant (Property Developer)

• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to the accounting standards.
• Implements and monitor effective financial and internal control policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Responsible for preparation of annual budgets.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
• Must be able to manage full set accounts and consolidation
• Drives implementation of financial reporting tool and actively participate in the implementation of other operation tools which may have financial implication
• Perform any other duties and assignment that may be assigned from to time

Job Requirements:

• Prefers applicants who have min. 5 years of Accounting hands on working experience in Property Developer.
• Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in MHW system will be an added advantage.
• Reporting skills with highest standards of accuracy and deliver on time
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skill
• Applicant must be able to work at Johor Bahru Town area.
