We are looking for a Accounting/Finance Executive!

We are looking for a talented individual that can take-on the challenge of managing an exclusive programme at Malaysia's leading & most-active venture capitalist firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting (Filing ,Invoicing, bookkeeping, recording, and handling Xero).
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) collection (processing and recording payment to client or vendor, invoice customers or client, tracking payment, and managing collections to ensure timely receipt of funds).
• Responsible for maintaining a well-organized and accurate accounting function (financial performance, profitability, and liquidity).
• Financial planning and Analysis (FP&A) (develop long-term financial plans, assess strategic initiatives).
• Budgeting and Expense Management (budgetary constraints and strategic priorities and overseeing the payment of bills)
• Assist in preparing cash flow reports monthly, SST preparation, submissions, and payments.
• Assist in preparing a company account and submitting it for audit.
• Tax compliance (filing tax)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal in English communication skills. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices.
