Accountant/Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible of financial report and analysis of results for presentation to Board of Directors.
2. Coordinator and first liner advisor to Managing Partner on all financial matters.
3. Financial ratio and variance analysis for business units and companies.
4. Establish internal accounting controls designed to provide reasonable. assurance regarding the safeguarding of assets loss from unauthorized use of disposition.
5. Develop and implement financial control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.
6. Responsible for treasury functions covering cashflow management, budgeting and cash flow projection.
7. Tax planning and tax compliance of the company and Group.
8. Formulating and developing effective strategic financial planning for the group-sources and application fund, capital structure, etc.
9. Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting and forecasting activities for the organization.
10. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.

1. Possess a bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
2. 3-5 years post-qualifying experience.
3. Familiar with Inland MASB, MIA, LHDN and SSM regulations.
4. Able to work independently.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skill with strong analytical qualities
7. Must be meticulous, diligent, enthusiastic and professional all aspect of day-to-day activities and assignments.
8. Conversant and good with Accounting/ERP Systems and MS Office or other productivity applications.
