Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, accounting, economics or a related field is typically required.

• Financial Skills: A Finance Manager should have a deep understanding of financial management principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash management, and risk management.

• Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire the finance team and work collaboratively. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively communicate financial information to management and stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills: A Finance Manager should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize financial performance.
