Accounting Admin Assistant

-Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as account receivable and payments verification.-Perform rental collections, payments and credit related activities.-To key in accounts related transactions into accounting report.-Provide support on daily accounting tasks.-To handle correspondence with tenants, landlords and suppliers.-Process invoices accurately and efficiently.-Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.-Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.-To handle administrative tasks as assigned.-To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior. Job Requirement:-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.-At least 1-year experience in similar industry i.e., Customer Service/ Property Management/ Real Estate/ Property Developer.-FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.-Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
