Penerangan Pekerjaan - Accounting Administrator

Administrative Duties:-Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and internal and client events.-Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.-Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.-Assist in HRDF Documentation-Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and electronic.-Perform general clerical duties to support the office.Accounting Duties:-Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.-Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.-Prepare financial reports, summaries, and related activities.-Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.-Handle billing and invoicing tasks.
