Accounting & Finance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Finance team. This will be a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of Grok. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise while working with a dynamic, international team. You’ll handle full-cycle accounting responsibilities while contributing to the company’s continued growth and success. This role provides an excellent balance of independent work and collaborative interaction, including direct communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Conduct thorough bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.


• Execute comprehensive month-end closing procedures.


• Perform detailed financial analysis and generate insightful reports for management.


• Cashflow management and weekly disbursement.


• Knowledgeable in both US GAAP and IFRS.

Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement

• Review financial processes and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.


• Monitor data integrity across systems, identify discrepancies, and conduct thorough investigations to resolve issues.


• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant financial policies.


• Coordinate and work closely with tax agent on quarterly and annual tax matters.


• Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.


• Support strategic financial initiatives and special projects as needed.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 3 - 4 years related experience


• Proficiency with financial software applications and strong Excel skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple geography and all levels of an organization.
